Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

1. Language

The language of the manuscript must be in English (either American or British standard, but not the mixture of both).

2. Length of manuscript

The length of the manuscripts should not exceed 12 pages. Manuscripts containing more than 12 pages will be returned to the corresponding author to abridge. Manuscripts should be typed in Verdana with the line space 1.15 on one side of the paper only, A4 format with wide margins. Authors are urged to write as concisely as possible, but not at the expense of clarity.

3. Title

Tile should be concise and informative and must not exceed 20 words. Try to avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.

Author’s names and affiliations

Please indicate the given name and family name clearly. Present the authors' affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name, and, if available, the e-mail address, and telephone number of each author. 

Corresponding author

Clearly indicate who is willing to handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing, publication and also post-publication. Ensure that telephone numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address. 

Sponsoring information

If the manuscripts is sponsored or supported by an organization, please indicate it.

4. Abstract

A concise and factual abstract is required. An abstract should be 150 to 250 words long. An abstract should have an introduction, the substantive results of the research and should state the principle conclusions. References should be avoided in the abstract and the abstract should be single-spaced. Avoid using the first person in the abstract and in the whole manuscript.

5. Keywords

Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 3-4 keywords describing the research, and separate them with commas.

6. Subdivision of the Manuscript

Divide your manuscript into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1, 2, 3, 4… (then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3), 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 etc. The abstract is not included in section numbering. 

7. Table and Figures 

Tables must be numbered and must have a caption (title) at the top. Each table must be cited in the text in numerical order. Figures must be numbered and must have a caption (title) up to 13 words and must be place at the bottom. Each figure must be cited in the text in numerical order. Authors should ensure that there are no typographical errors in the figures and tables because correcting or replacing the same can be costly and time-consuming. Figures should be submitted in EPS or TIFF file format.

8. References 

Citations and References must be arranged in accordance with APA style format, 6th edition.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  7. Article Processing Fee (APF) 75 EUR is charged for papers accepted after the process of review is complete. Authors will have to make the payment before the paper is uploaded.
